My daughter loves fruit cake. How can I make them more flavorful?

    Every time I make fruit cakes I always put orange juice or any other fruit juice instead of milk.

      Hello! For my fruit cake I always make a juice-sugar coating. With a fork I make tiny holes into the cake. I pour the the coating on the cake. The glaze will sink trough the holes into the cake and will make it extra juicy and flavorful.
